By clicking submit, you confirm that you have use of a smartwatch/fitness tracker device (fitbit, garmin or apple health) and consent to ART Health Solutions retrieving physical data collected by the smartwatch/fitness tracker and the mobile app connected to your device (e.g., my heart rate; daily steps; calories burned; sleep quality, duration and stages) directly from the provider of the software systems connected to your device and to use that data as set out in this project privacy notice and consent form.
You also consent to ART Health Solutions contacting you via telephone and adding you to a WhatsApp group with your chosen cohort.
You can withdraw from this project and withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time by contacting mary@arthealthsolutions.com.
