What do you do at ART Health Solutions?
I am the Workplace and Wellbeing Scientist within our Operations Team at ART Health Solutions. The primary focus of my role is to lead the analysis and reporting of data as part of the delivery of ART’s services within client organisations, developing a deep understanding of the needs of ART clients to ensure impact and value are delivered.
What is your background?
I graduated with a BSc in Biochemistry and Genetics, where my final year project included computational analysis using Python, where my love for data science stemmed. Following this, I have over 4 years of experience within Recruitment/HR, where I supported people with their career moves, mostly within the bioprocess and clinical industries. I’ve spoken to thousands of people and have loved hearing how their careers have developed, but now I am looking forward to being a part of ART and improving people’s working lives within their current companies.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me with my dog Lando! Yes, he is named after Lando Norris from F1, which I always make time for on weekends. He’s an energetic Border Collie, so I’m enjoying exploring the Yorkshire countryside with him, normally with a pub on route.
I occasionally run, but my main sport is skiing, and I previously raced slalom throughout school and university, but now I just stick to leisurely holidays when I can!
