What does your job involve?
My role is centred around driving the company’s innovation strategy to ensure that we maintain our competitive advantage within the market. My key areas of responsibility include collecting and evaluating concepts, driving them through our innovation process and accompanying them to final development.
What experience do you bring to ART?
Having received a scholarship from the Irish Research Council, I am in the final year of my PhD assessing the strength, physiological and movement characteristics of highly-trained athletes which has led to numerous peer reviewed publications. I also have prior experience working in human performance labs and working closely with elite athletes from a wide variety of sports. This work included assessing the athletes performance levels and developing a strategy which would allow them reach their full potential.
What do you like most about working at ART?
Having the platform to actually make a significant positive impact on individuals health & wellbeing is a massive motivator for me. We are very fortunate at ART to have an amazing team, who are all striving to help individuals understand the factors that impact health and wellbeing and assist them in develop strategies to improve them.
