What do you do at ART Health Solutions?
I play a lead role within the science team managing and delivering ART products and services to our clients. More specifically, this includes;
- leading the design of appropriate experiments to measure employee wellbeing & performance within the constraints of client needs and expectations,
- providing understanding & insight into the variables within the workplace that impact employees,
- using my technical expertise to collect data across large cohorts simultaneously using combinations of wearable technology, online questionnaires & cognitive performance applications;
- Conducting expert analysis of data and delivering world class, appropriately designed & punctual reports meeting client needs and expectations.
Within my role I work closely with my colleagues across the organisation to support a number of clients at any one time, providing expert insight around the data we collect and process, allowing organisations to make better informed decisions in relation to wellbeing, performance and real estate design.
What’s your background?
I am a qualified sport scientist with a research masters in recovery nutrition, a diploma in performance nutrition and I am a graduate registrant of the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr). My previous experience includes working as a research assistant where I assisted in the development of innovative research programmes in the area of men’s health. I was responsible for study design, recruitment of participants, implementation of health interventions, data collection, data analysis and presentation of reports to key stakeholders.
To support the work I do at ART, I’ve recently completed a Wellbeing Coaching Programme to upskill on how to better support people to improve their wellbeing through lifestyle and behavioural changes.
