What do you do at ART Health Solutions?
My role at ART Health Solutions is to lead the customer experience of ART’s products and services. I am the primary point of contact for customer experience, and I am responsible for the implementation, evaluation and iteration of the engagement strategies and communications on ART’s projects. I monitor, evaluate, and action customer experience data, feedback, and learnings to demonstrate the impact of ART products and services to ensure we provide a high-quality service and support to our customers.
Within my role I work closely with my colleagues across the organisation to support a number of clients at any one time, providing expert insight around the data we collect and process, empowering people to take the best care of their health and wellbeing.
What’s your background?
I am a qualified sports scientist with a research masters in recovery nutrition, a diploma in performance nutrition and I am a graduate registrant of the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr). My previous experience includes working as a research assistant where I assisted in the development of innovative research programmes in the area of men’s health. I was responsible for study design, recruitment of participants, implementation of health interventions, data collection, data analysis and presentation of reports to key stakeholders.
To support the work I do at ART, I completed a Wellbeing Coaching Programme to upskill on how to better support people to improve their wellbeing through lifestyle and behavioural changes.
What would be your personal motto?
Hold the vision, trust the process.
