What do you do at ART Health Solutions?
My role within ART encompasses the development of data processing pipelines which ensures that the data we use is of the highest quality; and implementing various Artificial Intelligence algorithms to analyse the data and understand the underlying trends. I am also responsible for implementing different software tools for use within the company to increase efficiency.
What’s your background?
Coming from a very technical background, I hold a Masters in Artificial Intelligence. I have always had an interest in the conjunction of AI and Healthcare, which has led me to work on various projects in the domain. I was part of the BCI race team at the University of Essex for Cybathlon 2020 at ETH Zurich. I worked with data from motor-impaired participants to develop BCI systems that maps brain signals to other external tasks.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I enjoy reading Fantasy and Science Fiction novels in my free time. I also have an interest in music and usually sing and play my guitar
